To ensure that the property is safe and properly maintained, EHomeConcierge, Inc.'s onsite managers routinely inspect the grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed. We meet with current residents when handling requests for repairs or trying to resolve complaints.

Our onsite managers also are responsible for enforcing your HOA Rules and we keep accurate, up-to-date records of income and expenditures from property operations and submitting regular expense reports to the asset property manager, board or owners.

Financial

EHomeConcierge, Inc. will facilitate the collection of condo fees & special assessments. Financial Reporting on a monthly & annual basis is provided to trustees, as well as annual budgeting.

Administrative

In addition to the reporting, we handle condo document preparation, as well as the enforcement of condo rules & regulations & preparation/delivery of notices/announcements to condo owners & tenants.

On-Site Property Management

In addition to routine maintenance, we regularly have site visits to ensure the association's assets (boilers, HVAC, exterior & equipment) are well maintained & functioning properly. Additionally, we provide 24/7 Emergency Maintenance. We will perform thorough property inspections to identify structural, maintenance and safety issues.
